She has been appointed High level Climate Champion as part of the COP22 Steering Committee and leads high level climate discussions with international partners ahead of the climate summit in Marrakech.Dr El Haite holds a PhD in Environmental Engineering from the School of Mines of Saint Etienne (France) and a Degree in political communication, University of Washington (Washington, DC).
